QVR Privacy Policy

This policy explains how QVR (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access our learning management platform and related mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you consent to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

• Account Information. Name, email address, organization, role, and other profile fields entered by administrators or by you.
• Training Activity. Assignments, completions, assessment answers, timestamps, and progress needed to deliver the Services.
• Support & Correspondence. Content from messages you send to our team, including attachments you voluntarily provide.
• Device & Usage Data. Log data such as IP address, browser, operating system, and in-app actions used to maintain security and improve performance.

How We Use Information

• Deliver and personalize training assignments, notifications, and reports.
• Maintain account security, authenticate users, and prevent abuse.
• Provide customer support and communicate about important updates.
• Analyze aggregated usage trends to improve product reliability.
• Comply with legal or regulatory requirements and enforce our agreements.

How We Share Information

We share information with your employer or organization administrators to deliver the Services, with trusted service providers who operate under data protection agreements, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of QVR, our customers, or others. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention & Security

Data is retained for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or as required to meet legal obligations. We apply technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, auditing) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Your Choices

You may review or update profile information from within the app or contact your organization’s administrator for changes. To request access, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, email support@qvrbx.com and we will coordinate with your administrator to fulfill the request subject to legal constraints.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for professional use by staffed caregivers and are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When we post updates, we revise the “Effective date” above and notify administrators when material changes occur.
